Streets Heraklion Crete

A good day in May and a full day with myself in the city of Heraklion. I brought my laptop with me and ate some delicious pancakes. Thereafter I worked on my articles based on my journalism training. This is about what it’s like to live abroad in a different country an you born in.

In my concept I started with Swedes who have moved abroad, why and what the country they are in is like. A Swede who moved to El Salvador for love, a Swedish woman living in Portugal because she feels physically better for her body to live warmer. About a woman who have a Swedish, Greek bar on the island of Skiathos in Greece. etc.

So I sat there and wrote and enjoyed it, it is amazing to enjoy the moment. Also after I took a walk through the city. It is not far to my place,  only 5-10 minutes from the cafe in an apartment with my cat. I feel so good and can feel free in my soul, meet people even though on this particular day I enjoyed my own company.
